Returns and Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (food, flowers, or plants), custom-made products, and personal care items (such as cosmetics).
We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item and make a separate purchase once the return has been accepted.
14-Day European Union Cooling-Off Period
If the item was shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.
The item must be in the same condition in which it was received: unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return to inform you whether the refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, the refund will be automatically processed through your original payment method within up to 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process the refund.
